For customers outside the Continental US, a HIDevolution International Prepaid Shipping (HIPS) Service plan is recommended. HIPS service cover 2 instances per year of 2 way international shipping (by FedEx, DHL, or USPS/EMS - at HIDevolution's discretion) should the system and/or parts need to be sent back to the US for warranty related repair or replacement.
