Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed and shipped typically within 1-3 business days for in stock items without customization options (stock/sealed units). An order with customization options chosen for an in stock product are typically fulfilled within 7-12 business days. Rush 2-5 business day processing options are available for faster processing of your order and can be found in your shopping cart after you have added the product to your cart. Products which require custom ordering from the manufacturer are typically received at our facility within 2-4 weeks of your order, then standard processing times above will apply. Preordered products have the ETA (estimated time arrival to our facility) listed on the product page; then standard processing times above will apply once your preordered item is received at our facility. Once shipped, timely receipt of your goods is completely dependent on the shipper, the shipping method, and your location in relation to our warehouse. If an item is backordered, you will be notified via email.
By customer request, HIDevolution will hold a shipment for up to 5 working days from the date the order is ready to be shipped. Once this period has elapsed, HIDevolution can continue to hold the shipment for an indefinite period, but the return window and product warranty start date will begin on the 6th working day from the date the order was ready to be shipped. 
For customers located outside of the US, you may be liable for import duty/tax and customs brokerage fees. HIDevolution is not responsible for any such costs. Please contact us for any specific questions about international shipping and/or taxes.
Most items are shipped through United Parcel Service (UPS), FedEx Ground, FedEx Express, DHL Express, or U.S. Postal Service (USPS).

Returns & Replacements
CANCELLATIONS: HIDevolution requires cancellations in writing. HIDevolution specializes in laptops custom built to specifications, which requires special ordering by HIDevolution of custom parts and components that are in addition to the manufacturer's stock pre-built product SKU, and requires additional labor provided by HIDevolution that would not be required when selling a manufacturer's stock pre-built product SKU. Therefore if Customer wishes to cancel their order for a product that has been custom ordered by Customer, with custom parts that are upgrades from the manufacturer's stock pre-built product SKU, by using the Customizer on this website for that product, or otherwise, and Customer has been given written notice through email, or otherwise, that Customer's custom order has been released to production or custom ordered from the manufacturer, Customer agrees to pay a cancelation fee of 5% of the total amount of Customer's custom built order.
Cancellations for orders without any changes to the original manufacturer’s stock configuration, and without any service options from us, that were not shipped, will be refunded the full purchase price and shipping costs, if any. We usually process any refund that is due within 10 business days.

DOA/DAMAGED/WRONG/MISSING ITEMS: We make every effort to ensure that products you have purchased arrive in good condition. Please carefully inspect all items and parts. Should the product be DOA (defective on arrival), a wrong product/configuration, or a part be damaged or missing, please contact us to report the problem. All claims must be reported within 3 business days of receipt of item. We cannot honor any claim for DOA/damaged/wrong.missing items after this 3 business day period. Incompatibility with third party software not sold with the hardware is not considered grounds for damage claims. Do not dispose of any of the original packaging materials or boxes. Product and packaging must be returned in as new condition. We generally supply replacement parts as needed to remedy any damage that may have occurred.  If the issue cannot be solved, we will issue you a return authorization number for repair or return of the product. Returns will NOT be honored without a RMA number. All returned product(s) will be inspected to verify the claim. If the defect or damage cannot be reproduced or verified, the terms of the Non-DOA/Non-Damaged Item Returns will apply. If the product is returned in CID condition, the terms of the CID item returns will apply (see CID Items returns section). The cost to replace laser engraved component(s) will be deducted from any refund due. Depending on the situation, a full refund minus original shipping costs or a replacement will be provided after product is received back and inspected. All returned items shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Once issued, a RMA is valid for 10 business days. The returned product must arrive at our facility within 10 business days of issuance. We usually process any refund that is due within 10 business days.

NON-DOA/NON-DAMAGED ITEM RETURNS: An item may be returned within 30 calendar days from the date the order is shipped. Should you wish to return a product, please contact us for a return authorization number. Returns without a return authorization number will be refused and no credit will be issued. All items returned must be returned in their original packaging with all paperwork, all original contents and documents included. The product and packaging must be returned in as new condition. You are responsible for all return shipping charges. You may contact us via our info contact form. Please include your order number as listed on your receipt to help expedite the process. Refunds will include item cost minus original shipping costs. If a refund is requested and the order was shipped with a "free shipping" method, $20 will be deducted from the total refund amount. Unless it was due to our error, a 10% restocking fee will apply for all non-damaged item returns. A 15% restocking fee will apply if the item is missing ANY contents (including original box, accessories, and documentation), for parts orders, or special order items. The cost to replace laser engraved component(s) will be deducted from any refund due. If the product is returned in CID condition, the terms of the CID item returns will apply (see CID Items returns section). All returned items shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Once issued, a RMA is valid for 10 business days. CID (CUSTOMER INDUCED DAMAGED) ITEM RETURNS: A CID (customer induced damaged) product may be returned only within 30 calendar days from the date the order is shipped, less the cost of repair and refurbishment and any applicable restocking fees. We will inform you of the applicable costs upon inspection of the product. Should you wish to return a product, please contact us for a return authorization number. Returns without a return authorization number will be refused and no credit will be issued. All items returned must be returned in their original packaging with all paperwork, all original contents and documents included. The product and packaging must be returned in as new condition. You are responsible for all return shipping charges. You may contact us via our info contact form. Please include your order number as listed on your receipt to help expedite the process. BREAD® AND PAYTOMORROW RETURNS: Orders financed through Bread® and PayTomorrow may be returned within 30 calendar days from the date the order is shipped. Any applicable restocking fees or any other deductions that correspond to the return condition will be charged separately from the Bread® or PayTomorrow loan before the loan is canceled and refunded. We request that restocking fees be paid using credit card, PayPal, check, or wire transfer. Upon receiving payment for restocking fees, only then will the Bread® or PayTomorrow loan be canceled and refunded in full.
OTHER IMPORTANT RETURNS INFORMATION:
For Dell/Alienware laptops, if the product ownership and/or warranty has been registered or transferred, either the ownership/warranty of the returned merchandise must be transferred back to Evolution Computers or the product must be de-registered by the current owner prior to refund or exchange being processed.
ITEMS MISSING PRODUCT UPC CODE OR ANY PRODUCT IDENTIFICATION BARCODES OR LABELS MAY NOT BE RETURNED.
Refunds for items purchased with currencies other than USD will be processed in the currency paid, but you may receive less than what was originally sent to us due to a difference in exchange rates from time of purchase and/or wire transfer fees. 
Items purchased with Bitcoin may NOT be refunded in Bitcoins or other currency. Refunds for purchases made with Bitcoin will be processed in the form of store credit.
NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS: Gift cards and store credits, service related fees (rush build fees, scheduled delivery fees, etc), special ordered items not in our publicly visible product catalog, disposable items, consummable items or services, opened software/used software product keys, and upgrades such as screen protectors that are pre-installed on the system and personalized features such as personalized nameplates and engraving, among other disposable items, are NON-REFUNDABLE and will be excluded from any refund due. The cost to replace laser engraved component(s) will be deducted from any refund due.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
To be eligible to purchase goods on this Website and lawfully enter into and form contracts on this Website under U.S. law you must: If an individual, be 18 years of age or over; and stipulate a verifiable delivery address and register your real name, address, phone number, e-mail address and any other details requested; and possess a valid debit/credit card issued by a bank acceptable to us or be able to pay via another accepted payment method.
HIDevolution authorizes Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express credit and debit cards; PayPal payments; Bread financing; Affirm financing; and PayTomorrow financing at time of order and will capture/charge your payment at time of shipment. Bank transfer payments must be fully received in the account of the designated bank prior to HIDevolution shipping the order. Purchase orders with NET30 terms are accepted from government and educational institutions and approved businesses only.
Viewing Orders
Title & Ownership of the purchased products will remain with HID Evolution and shall not pass to the buyer until payment has been made and cleared in full.
Products are not sold on a trial basis; therefore please ensure that the item(s) you are purchasing are fit for the purpose you require.
We may advise, but the onus is on the customer to ensure compatibility prior to purchase
